Does the plumber speak English?
Your entire conversation with us — quotes, scheduling, updates — happens in English. The plumber we send is a local Korean professional and may not speak English, but you won't need it: we explain the diagnosis and price in your chat, and interpret by phone if anything comes up on site.
How much will it cost?
Standard clogs run ₩70,000–120,000; deep blockages needing high-pressure jetting run ₩120,000–200,000; building main lines start from ₩150,000 with an on-site quote. The price is always confirmed with you before work starts — and if we can't fix it, it's ₩0.
Should my landlord pay, or me?
In Korea, clogs from daily use (hair, wipes, food waste) are usually the tenant's responsibility; aging pipes, structural defects and in-wall leaks are the landlord's. We give you a written diagnosis with camera footage that you can forward to your landlord or real-estate agent (budongsan) — it usually settles the question quickly.
How fast can you get here?
Average 30 minutes anywhere in central Seoul, including holidays — with no surcharge. Gangnam, Yongsan and Seocho are our core dispatch zones, and we text you a live ETA after booking.
Can I pay by card? Will I get a receipt?
Yes — Korean and international credit cards, cash, or bank transfer. We issue official receipts and card slips you can submit to your landlord, employer, or insurance.
I already poured chemical drain cleaner in. Is that a problem?
Please tell us before we arrive — chemical residue can be hazardous to the technician. We follow a separate procedure: safely flushing the residue first, then finishing with high-pressure jetting.
Is the work guaranteed?
